I recently had a pleasant stay at Hotel Icon Bangkok. The location is fabulous, just a short walk from Sukhumvit and near BTS stations. However, I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant service, which felt lacking at times. Overall, there were great features, but a few areas could see improvement. 😌🌆

My room was spacious and had a comfy bed with good linens, but it was sorely lacking in practicality due to the absence of drawers and bedside electrical points. Also, it was frustrating that there was no center table or refrigerator, making it tough to enjoy snacks in the room.

The staff were polite and well-trained, but they had some strange policies that left me scratching my head, like only giving one room key card no matter how many guests were in the room. Plus, I found the travel desk's taxi arrangements to be a bit sketchy.
